The Motrona LW217 and LW218 are fiber optic modules that transmit SSI encoder signals reliably over distances of up to 2000 metres.
Transmitter and receiver form one complete link
SSI data rate up to 2 Mbit/s
Resistant to extremely strong electromagnetic fields
Fiber cable can be routed through explosive areas
SSI resolution freely set from 1 to 99 bit
5 VDC or 10–30 VDC versions (LW217-1/LW218-1)
Slim housing for 35 mm DIN rail
