DZ220 is a multifunction signal converter for DIN rail that turns incremental, SSI and start-stop encoder signals into analog or serial data.
Incremental inputs HTL, TTL and RS422 up to 1 MHz
SSI master or slave, 10 to 32 bit
Start-stop interface for magnetostrictive position sensors
16-bit analog output, ±10 V or 0/4–20 mA
Linearisation in 24 points, response under 1 ms
5 control inputs, 4 control outputs, optional 4 relays
Easy setup via USB-C and free OS software
