DS230 and DS240 Safety motion monitor
DS230 and DS240 are SIL3/PLe safety motion monitors for machines with SinCos or incremental encoders, supervising speed, standstill and direction.
Safety functions equivalent to EN 61800-5-2, such as SLS, SOS and SDI
DS230 takes 2 SinCos, 2 RS422 and 2 HTL inputs
DS240 has one SinCos input and two control inputs
Encoder frequencies up to 500 kHz
Safe relay output 5–36 VDC, 4–20 mA and 4 HTL outputs
Safe SinCos and RS422 splitter outputs
USB setup via OS 6.0, optional BG230 display
