The Leach P800 is a 28 Vdc, 150 A solid state power controller that combines switching, overload protection and status reporting for aircraft power distribution.
150 A load current at 28 Vdc, 75 A and 220 A variants
Power FET output, under 300 mV voltage drop
Built-in overload and short circuit protection
Opto-isolated load and trip status outputs, 500 Vrms
Isolated control power input, 16 to 33.5 Vdc
Full rated current up to +90 °C case temperature
