The Mach-1™ DC solid-state contactor switches high-power DC loads of up to 2,000VDC and 500A per module.
The contactors are available for a wide range of power classes and can also be configured with the latest semiconductor technology,
including SiCFET and GaNFET. This results in a substantial reduction in power losses at higher
operating voltages compared with conventional BJT semiconductors.
Two models are available:
1. (M1DS series) The standard model is a lower-cost model without PWM. It can directly replace
electromechanical contactors.
2. (M1DA series) The advanced model enables logic-controlled PWM up to 10 kHz, opening up new applications
such as specialised load testing, fast circuit breaking and PWM power control.
Benefits
General-purpose solid-state switch
Arc-free, interference-free, maintenance-free
Direct replacement for mechanical contactors
High power, low losses
