Fully analog, galvanically isolated solid-state switch, 10 ms response
OLED display of system pressure, 0.25% FS
0–10, 0–5 or 0.5–5.5 VDC analog output
316L stainless steel wetted parts per SEMI F20
5 million cycles, 16–28 VDC supply
