Hygienic in-line thermowell pre-welded into its own pipe section for small hygienic pipes, taking Quick Connect sensor heads in food and pharmaceutical plants.
Pressure tested to 40 bar with sensor head mounted
AISI 316L throughout, wetted parts polished below Ra 0.65 µm
3/4” DN20 or 1” DN25 pipe, other sizes on request
Orbital-weld ends, no certified welding needed on site
Bayonet coupling takes RT-BCQ-IN insert, swapped without opening
L1 50 mm, L2 90 mm as standard
Engraved HEAT number, EN 10204 3.1 certificate available
