Temperature sensor TS12T series
The Precision Sensors range of RTD temperature sensors has been designed to maximise the isolation of the element and probe from the mounting fitting and shell.
This results in a faster measurement response and the lowest possible conductivity error.
The standard sensor is platinum with a (European) alpha coefficient (temperature coefficient) of 0.00385.
Other alpha values are available.
The standard design has a stainless steel shell with integrated probe, welded to a hermetic connector, also in stainless steel
A lower-cost aluminium housing with mechanically mounted connector (non-hermetic) is also available.
Mounting fitting, diameter, length of the sensing unit and type of connector are adapted for each application.
