The Precision Sensors D48W is a welded differential pressure switch for load-lock chambers, gas delivery systems and mini environments in clean processes.
Factory set from 20 to 250 mm Hg differential
Port 1 in electropolished 316L, 10 Ra or better
Port 2 for dry air or inert gas
Snap-action Belleville spring, helium leak tested
SIL 3 capable, UL and CE marked
Gold or silver SPDT contacts, up to 5 A
Proof pressure 100 psid, 1 million cycles
