The Precision Sensors XHP is a high purity pressure transducer for accurate, long-term measurement of process gases in semiconductor manufacturing.
Ranges from 0–100 to 0–3000 psig, compound range option
4–20 mA, 0–5 VDC or 1–5 VDC output
Accuracy ±0.5% FS from 15 to 30 °C
316L stainless steel, 10 Ra surface finish
VCR or 1 1/8 inch C-seal surface mount connection
LED status indicator, response time under 5 ms
Optional hazardous location version, 5 million cycles
