The 1-3 A split type slip ring family is a deviation from the united capsule slip ring. It is specially designed for some applications when it’s hard to install a conventional slip ring.

The split ring and brush block are separated components to be installed into customer’s application. Therefore the brush block part is relatively flexible and can be standard or defined by customer.

The two semi-circulars sections are finish machined and gold plated at the factory in the assembled condition, the effects of the gap on the overall operation of the slip ring are minimized.
