GX24 is a revolutionary industrial contactor from Gigavac based on EPIC™ technology (Extended Performance Impervious Ceramics) .

Handles voltages from 12V to 800V both AC and DC and currents up to 2000A.

The contactor housing withstands 150°C without melting or discoloring. It uses the same technology that until now only has been available in more expensive products for the aerospace industry.

GX24 is hermetically sealed and meets the demands for UL1604 class I, II and III for use in hazardous environments. The contactor is equipped with IP67 for temporary immersion in water for 30 minutes, SAE J1171 for external spark protection and ISO8846 for protection against sparks in explosive gases.

GX24 has built in coil suppression and all mounting details are made of stainless steel to ensure several years of operation without corrosion, no matter the environment.
