SDI1001700 Solid State Relay 100A
Our IGBT-based SDI1001700 SSR can switch 100A at 750VDC nominal quickly, reliably and safely.
Safety is maintained in every situation:
Built-in overvoltage protection for inductive DC loads
Built-in protection against load short circuits: by detecting IGBT saturation, it blocks short circuits on the device and keeps it safe,
Built-in overtemperature protection: if overheating occurs, the device switches off automatically.
The SDI SSR is definitely designed for the most demanding DC load applications and is the device railway companies have been waiting for for years, for both rolling stock and infrastructure.
