Klixon® 11AT from Sensata is a hermetically sealed position switch with snap-action function, designed to deliver reliable performance in extreme environments in the aviation, defense and space industries.

– Construction: Hermetically sealed with stainless steel housing and dry nitrogen fill, meeting MIL-PRF-8805 standards.

– Mechanical life: Minimum 100,000 cycles; 25,000 cycles at rated load.
– Temperature range: Operation from -65 °C to +135 °C.
– Vibration resistance: Withstands vibration up to 65 G in the 10–2000 Hz frequency range.
– Shock resistance: Withstands shocks up to 200 G for 6 ms.
