R9 series high voltage relays are a larger variant of the R2, designed for applications that require more power. With a 75A continuous carry rating, the R9 is suitable for applications up to 15kV. Molybdenum/copper contacts provide low stable contact resistance allowing for low loss in RF circuits. The Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) configuration provides design flexibility by incorporating both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) contact sets within a single relay. Continuity transfers between the contact sets when the coil is powered on or off.
