GX66 – a revolutionary contactor from Gigavac based on EPIC™ technology (Extended Performance Impervious Ceramics).

The industrial contactor can manage voltages from 12V to 800V both AC and DC and currents up to 3000A.

The GX66 housing withstands 150°C without having to melt or discolor. It is the same technology that previously only has been available in expensive products for the aerospace industry.

The contactor is hermetically sealed and meets the demands for UL1604 class I, II and III for use in dangerous environments. GX66 has IP67 for temporary immersion in water for 30 minutes, SAE J1171 for external spark protection and ISO8846 for protection against sparks in explosive gases.

The GX66 has built in coil suppression and all mounting details are made of stainless steel to ensure many years of operation without corrosion, no matter which environment it is used in.
