Nämä yleiset ostoehdot koskevat Sensor Control Nordic AB:n tuotteiden ja palveluiden ostamista ja kuvaavat tilauksiin, toimituksiin, maksuihin, reklamaatioihin ja palautuksiin liittyvät ehdot.

Purchase
A purchase agreement is concluded only when Sensor Control Nordic AB has confirmed the order by issuing an Order Confirmation. The Order Confirmation is sent by email. Any objections to the Order Confirmation must be submitted to Sensor Control Nordic AB in writing no later than ten (10) days from the date of the Order Confirmation. All products remain the property of Sensor Control Nordic AB until full payment has been received.
Prices
Prices are quoted in SEK, NOK, EUR, USD or CHF and are Ex Works (EXW) Stockholm, excluding VAT, freight and packaging. In the event of standard price increases from our suppliers or fluctuations in exchange rates, Sensor Control Nordic AB reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. No administrative handling fees are charged. A minimum order surcharge of SEK 500 applies to orders with a total value below SEK 3,000.
Payment
Payment may be made by invoice following a standard credit assessment or by advance payment. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within fifteen (15) days from the invoice date. Invoices are sent by email. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct email address for invoice delivery. Late payments are subject to default interest of 19.7% per annum and a late payment fee of SEK 450.
Delivery
Delivery is Ex Works (EXW) Gothenburg, excluding freight and packaging, using the carrier selected by Sensor Control Nordic AB. If the customer requests delivery using a carrier that Sensor Control Nordic AB does not normally work with, an administrative fee of SEK 95 per shipment will apply. The customer must also provide their own customer account number with the selected carrier.
Transport Damage
If any product is damaged upon delivery, the carrier must be contacted immediately. Please retain all packaging as evidence. Once the damage has been reported, contact Sensor Control Nordic AB to arrange delivery of a replacement product. The replacement product should be ordered through the normal ordering process to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Warranty Claims
The warranty period is one (1) year from the date of delivery. The warranty applies under normal operating conditions and does not cover consumable items. Damage caused by improper use, misuse or negligence is not covered by the warranty. A copy of the invoice must be provided for the warranty to be valid. Sensor Control Nordic AB accepts no liability for direct or indirect damages, additional labour costs or any other consequential costs arising from the use of the products supplied.
If a fault is discovered and a warranty claim is to be made, please contact SCN’s Claims Department by email at claims@scn.eu for further instructions. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be processed.
Returns are made at the customer’s own cost and risk. If the warranty covers the fault, the product will primarily be repaired and returned to the customer. If a replacement unit is required, it must be ordered through the normal purchasing process. If no fault is found with the product, an inspection and analysis fee will be charged. Separate warranty and claims conditions apply to Sensor Control Nordic AB’s sales of industrial computers and PC monitors. Warranty terms for these products are available upon request.
Claims Outside the Warranty Period
If the product is not covered by warranty, the customer must obtain a valid RMA number from the Claims Department before returning the product to Sensor Control Nordic AB. Returns received without a valid RMA number will not be processed. Returns are made at the customer’s own cost and risk. If Sensor Control Nordic AB determines that the defective product can be repaired, the customer will be informed of the repair cost and may then decide whether the repair should be carried out.
Returns
Customers wishing to return a product must always obtain prior approval from Sensor Control Nordic AB. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. Returns are made at the customer’s own cost and risk.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled with the approval of Sensor Control Nordic AB. Following approval of an order cancellation, Sensor Control Nordic AB reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 25–50% of the total order value.
Other Terms
In addition to the above terms, IML 2009 applies. IML 2009 was adopted in 2008 by the Swedish Association of Suppliers of Instrumentation, Measurement Technology and Components (IM), affiliated with Svensk Handel (the Swedish Trade Federation). If exchange rates, customs duties, taxes, government charges, freight costs or other pricing elements outside the Supplier’s control increase by more than 2%, the Supplier reserves the right to adjust the stated prices up until the time the Product is invoiced.
