Estos conectores permiten una terminación fácil y rápida de cualquier producto CAN/CAN FD de alta velocidad de
. Los conectores se usan cuando
hay que terminar un nodo CAN sin terminal interno o
si no hay ningún nodo CAN conectado al final del bus CAN
. Según la norma ISO 11898-2, los buses y sistemas CAN de alta velocidad
deben terminarse en sus extremos con resistencias.
El conector de terminación D-Sub también se puede utilizar para buses CAN FD
.
