ThingMagic M1 Mini is a very small 13.56 MHz HF RFID module that adds ISO 15693 and ISO 14443A tag reading to OEM devices.
Reads ISO 15693 and ISO 14443A tags up to 5 cm
Writes ISO 15693 tags, TagIQ optimises each tag
On-board antenna plus 50 ohm external antenna option
Three host interfaces, 4800–57600 bit/s
On-board regulator for a 3.2–6 V supply
Sleep mode down to 50 µA for battery devices
FCC Modular, IC and EU RED certified
