The Klixon® 6PS and 7PS series precision pressure switches are snap-action, fully welded units with hermetically sealed switch contacts.

– Construction: Fully welded units with hermetically sealed switch contacts, made of 300 series stainless steel and brass for maximum corrosion resistance.
– Pressure range: Actuation range from 45 to 700 PSIA, with a minimum burst pressure of 8,000 PSI.
– Electrical rating: Up to 5 A resistive load at 28 VDC.
– Temperature range: Operating temperature from -54 °C to +135 °C.
– Vibration resistance: Withstands vibration up to 25 G in the 20–2000 Hz frequency range without contact chatter.
– Service life: Up to 50,000 cycles at rated current.
– Weight: Maximum 30 grams without connections.
