Mach-1\u2122 DC Solid State Contactor switches high-power DC loads up to 2,000VDC and 500A per module.<\/p>\n

While they support a wide range of power ratings, they can also be configured with the latest semiconductor
\ntechnology including, SiCFET and GaNFET; this allows a drastic reduction in power loss at higher operating
\nvoltages when compared to using conventional BJT semiconductors. <\/p>\n

Two available models:
\n1. (M1DS- Series) Standard Model is a lower cost Non-PWM model. It may directly retrofit
\nelectromechanical contactors.
\n2. (M1DA- Series) Advanced Model enableslogic PWM up to 10 kHz, thus enabling new applications
\nsuch as specialized load testing, high-speed circuit interruptions, and PWM power controls.<\/p>\n
