digsy® fusion E – Compact controller
digsy® fusion E is a compact, cost-effective, and high-performance controller for mobile applications. It offers high I/O density with a total of 47 multifunctional inputs/outputs (up to 31 outputs), and is fully programmable according to IEC 61131‑3 via CODESYS 3.5.
Its rugged design withstands extreme conditions: aluminum housing with Gore-Tex filter, protection against shock, vibration, stone impact, EMC, and classified IP6K7/IP6K9K. Operates from –40 °C to +80 °C.
Communication interfaces include three CAN buses (supporting CANopen/J1939), plus optional Ethernet and USB. A safety version includes integrated emergency stop functionality compliant with DIN EN ISO 13850.
This unit is ideal as a complete vehicle automation solution or as a cost-effective I/O extension module in complex, distributed systems.
